Bonnie Brae Nursing Home provides 24-hour skilled nursing care to our residents for both short-term care and long-term care. This is to ensure that someone is always available to provide any needed assistance to our residents.

The above list outlines just some of the helpful services that Bonnie Brae Nursing Home provides for its residents. All services are based on the specific needs of our residents and are subject to the orders of their physicians.
Dietary needs are based on residents’ specific dietary needs. However, we can also accommodate for the resident’s likes and dislikes. Any nutritional needs and preferences must be discussed with the physician and the Dietary Supervisor.
Recreational activities provided for our residents are designed for their enjoyment as well as to provide mental and physical stimulation. Some activities may include outings to give residents a change of pace. But rest assured that skilled nursing care is always ready and available to assist when necessary.
