Our Administrator makes sure that all of the aspects of Bonne Brae are functioning efficiently. This
minimizes glitches promptly, and allows your loved one to enjoy a more pleasant environment.
The Director of Nursing is a registered nurse who attentively oversees the care of our residents,
diligently acts as the liaison between the nursing staff and the physicians, and ensures that the
physicians are thoroughly aware of the needs of your loved one.
Our Dietary Supervisor has the important task of making sure that the dietary needs of your family
member are met and that their meals are as nutritious and enjoyable as possible.
The Activities Director plans and initiates a variety of enjoyable activities and outings. These activities
are designed based on the interests or our residents as well as their physical and mental needs.
Our Housekeeping/Maintenance staff works meticulously to provide an environment that is safe,
secure, and sanitary. Our housekeeping staff is prompt and ready to ensure that your loved one lives in
clean and comfortable surroundings. And our maintenance staff is skilled and quickly resolves any
problems, making sure that everything is in working order.
The Business Office Manager is responsible for making sure that our office functions efficiently.
Additionally, the Office Manager is the person who handles our residents’ insurance billing, including
Medicare and Medicaid.
The MDS Coordinator maintains all of our residents’ records and communicates with the entire nursing
home staff. The MDS Coordinator’s job is to make sure that all residents’ assessments and care
planning are carried out properly and proficiently from admission to discharge.
Medical Billing staff maintains an accurate record of the care that is provided to your loved one and
communicates this information to the insurance company. This allows the insurance company and our
staff to make sure that the care your loved one expects continues smoothly and seamlessly.
